Learn where baby's going to sit. You don't need to get a ticket for infants under 2 years old--they
are allowed to sit on your lap. But both the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) state the safest place for a baby is in a child restraint
system.
